Title: Chief Sales Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Strategy

Setting: Legal/Financial Consultancy, LegalTech/RegTech/SaaS Provider, Global Corporate Senior Management

Location/term: Based in Hong Kong, will relocate within Asia, to U.S. or UK (up to 50% travel)

Skills: M&A/Data Rooms, Translations, Investment Banking, eDiscovery, Financial Printing, Private Equity. English/French/Korean languages. Global sales and strategy, development and management of business contacts within Corporate Finance and Investment Banking firms in APAC region.  Build and execute localized sales processes and tactics, lead digital transformation for sales organizations, build lead and demand generation engines, hire and coach for maximum performance, multi-distribution model and partnership engagements, particularly strong with building high performance, high retention, collaborative teams.

Compensation requirements:   US$250,000 minimum base + bonus, or US$2,000 daily rate.

Summary: A fair and passionate results-focused professional with strong problem-solving skills possessing a deep network of C-suite relationships with clients, affiliates and partners in the legal, corporate, banking, and private equity sectors in the APAC region and across the globe.

Head of Sales and Strategy with experience building and leading high performing business development and sales teams on regional scale for hypergrowth and dynamic SaaS companies.   Accomplished leader who has built agile business models that are both sustainable and scalable individually and institutionally, hired cultural co-founders who perpetuated an environment of collaboration, and delivered customer-centric solutions through all stages of the sales cycle and post-sales project management.   Specialties include development of metrics-driven approaches for future volume and value creation, as well as pipeline management with the ability to confidently forecast results.
