Security at Issue: An Overview of the True Security Gaps in Law Firms

As is often the case, what we fear may not be the things that truly present risk. In this roadshow presentation, Conversant Group CEO John A. Smith will review the findings of a detailed 2022 survey conducted by the International Legal Technology Association and Conversant, which uncovered surprising information about security gaps in today’s law firms and the misconceptions that help to perpetuate them. John will walk attendees through the most common controls used in firms, practices that leave some firms exposed, and how these firms could improve to better protect both the firm and the critical data they hold in trust on behalf of their clients. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, network with their colleagues, and gain resources to advance their security preparedness and resilience.
